Should a probate estate need to be opened, whether a decedent’s estate, disabled persons estate or a minor’s estate, our firm is prepared to represent your interests from simple administration of the estate through contested areas such as will contests and/or construction suits.

  • Decedents Estates:  Both Intestate (without a will) and Testate (with a will)
  • Disabled Persons Estates: a/k/a Guardianship for a disabled person (an adult who is unable to handle his or her personal, health and/or financial affairs)
  • Minor’s Estate: a/k/a Guardianship of the Person (to handle personal and health care decisions of the minor) and Guardianship of the Estate (to handle the minor’s financial affairs)
